Shipping Policy
All orders are processed + shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.
We are unable to make changes once an order is placed, however if you need a hand, please email dmcosmaticsus@gmail.com with as many details as possible and we'll try our best to help. Our team is available Monday through Friday only.
Our exquisite personal engraving is meticulously handcrafted, which may require an additional day for delivery.
Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the USA! (Excludes Puerto Rico). Please note that our complimentary shipping services are currently available only within the United States.
Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times range 3-10 business days, depending on shipping method + delivery destination.
You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.
Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
Our free shipping services are currently limited to the USA only. For orders from other countries, shipping costs will be calculated by the carrier.
Please note that import taxes or fees may apply, which you may be responsible for.

EXCHANGES + RETURNS
If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your DM Cosmetics DBA Daniel’s Truth. products, we would love to help make that right! Please contact our Customer Care team at info@danielstruthus.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started. We require proof of purchase to process your request. Please allow 7 days for refunds to be processed.
Orders placed between November 25, 2024 and January 6, 2025 (returns within 21 days)
NOTE: We are unable to cover any return shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition/vault release items, or gift cards are final sales and not eligible for returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
